Khaligraph Jones Reflects On how finally God “Opened Doors” On New Record “Minimal Pressure”

It is evident that Khaligraph does not fail to showcase his lyrical prowess on his new multi themed track dubbed "Minimal Pressure." Since its release, the song has garnered over 1.3 Million views on YouTube and has received massive love and stirred conversations among his fans.

The song is a celebration of success bila pressure, among other intriguing topics such as his preference for a female partner. He begins his first verse with something like “...see I don’t like chic fights, I swear I had to marry me a rich wife, “sipendi dem mapepe, mkibishana kidogo ashatoa machete…” His lyrics also touch on other issues such the failings of religion, the government, consequences of the bottom-up economy on Kenyans among others.

But the message I get mainly from this track,  has got to be how far he has come. “Remember that time I said God is gonna open doors?” He is referring to his June 2015 Ojuelegba Refix hit song titled “Open Doors” portraying how he has put in a lot of work over the past decade to achieve the kind of success he has now. His current lifestyle is a testimony that indeed, it came to pass. As we speak, Khaligraph is a multi-award-winning artist not forgetting his BET nomination for Best International Act back in 2020. Khaligraph Jones has achieved success by learning to ignore the naysayers and by focusing on his own goals. This record’s second verse really stood out because he really went off on it. Well, it was expected, He has always brought extra sauce to the hip-hop industry whether it's through rap challenges, cyphers, entertaining controversies and most importantly pioneering ‘play Kenyan music’ movement.

In addition to the positive message of the song, "Minimal Pressure" is also notable for its catchy melody. The song's hook is instantly memorable, and it is sure to get stuck in your head after just one listen. You know since Khaligraph and Vinc On The Beat locked in its been banger after banger. Overall, "Minimal Pressure" is a well-produced and well-written song with many intriguing takeaways; it is sure to appeal to fans of Khaligraph and those of hip-hop alike.Have a listen to it below and be the judge.
